vertexosports.com Cancellation policy

- vertexosports.com reserves the right to refuse/cancel any licence of tour managed by the platform.

Licence Cancellation by Player

- Player can request licence cancellation and full refund within 24 hours after buying it and only in case if he hasn't registered for any of tournaments, which requires appropriate licence.

- Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

- Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

- All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

- Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all vertexosports.com licences unless otherwise noted in terms & conditions of the tour. Please read all individual tour policies thoroughly.
